Is there really a “best lose weight” ultra diet?
Well the quick answer to the above question is yes and no. Yes there are certain foods that speed up weight loss and will keep your appetite under control, and no because everyone has a unique body and therefore one specific diet plan is not going to work unless it is tailored to the individuals needs.
Research findings show that what you eat is just as important as how much you eat and that while some foods tend to fuel the impulse to eat, some other foods can curb the appetite and keep you feeling fuller for longer. In essence act as a kind of ultra diet for fat loss. Its no secret that reducing the calories you eat and increasing the amount of calories you burn (exercise) is the only healthy and long-term approach to losing weight, but as we all know this is often more difficult than it sounds. Most of us are overweight to begin with because we cannot seem to reduce our calorie intake and telling someone to simply eat less is not going to help the majority of people. Whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein can definitely help if you are in this situation because they satisfy hunger for longer. Using these foods to fight unwanted fat is the best lose weight solution.
Starting your day with a high protein breakfast can actually reduce your overall calories throughout the day because you are more satisfied, and studies support this. So rather than constantly trying to reduce the amount of food you eat, a better idea may be to substitute more high satisfaction foods in place of what your already eating.
A wise thing to do would be to make a list of all the whole foods that you do like and then start eating them more regularly. If you enjoy eating apples than eat more of them, but if you don’t like them then eat something else that you do like instead. Most diets try to force you to eat things that you just don’t like, which is probably why they fail. A best lose weight approach is to recognise good food that you do like and substitute it for the not so good food that you may now be eating. Consuming more whole foods in the place of empty calories is arguably one of the best things you can do for your health and is the ultra diet for staying lean and young. Knowing when to eat and what type of exercise to do is also important.
