Here are a few fast ways to lose belly fat. Understand that crunches and jogging aren’t the way to go if you want to reduce your waist size. Getting rid of stomach fat isn’t as hard as it’s made out to be.

Fast Ways to Lose Belly Fat

1. High intensity cardio intervals

If you’re already doing cardio, take whatever exercise you’re doing and do it more intense… but also less intense. The idea is to zig-zag up and down the intensity levels. You don’t want a straight line intensity level. This is called “steady-state” cardio. It’s NO GOOD. Sure, it’s better than nothing, but it’s horribly inefficient for losing weight.

So if you are jogging… instead, run hard and then walk. This works great even if you run hard for 10 seconds and walk the next 50 seconds. Keep repeating that sequence over and over for 15-20 minutes.

You can do this basically with any cardio exercise. The reasoning as to why this is more effective for fat loss is because the high intensity intervals put you in a deep oxygen deficit. Not only does that efficiently burn fat immediately for you, but it also puts your body into an “AFTERBURN” after you’re all done exercising.

What this means is you burn calories and fat at a higher elevated rate for hours and hours AFTER you’re done exercising. So you get a double dose of fat burning. Steady-state cardio doesn’t give you that Afterburn.

2. Do mini-workouts

The idea behind this is that mini-workouts (2-5 minutes) are much more suited to speeding up your metabolism than 1 long workout. For this to work, you need to do multiple mini-workouts each day. At least 20 minutes worth.

Don’t have the time… you say? Uh, if you watch tv, yes you do. Workout during the commercials or even while watching the tv show. You can do jumping jacks, hula hoop, jump on a mini-trampoline, or jump rope. They’re all effective for weight loss and belly fat reducing.

These are just a couple fast ways to lose belly fat… try them and see how well they work compared to what you’re currently doing.

Here are a few walking and running for weight loss tips. I’m going to share with the best ways to maximize these 2 exercises. Most people do them WRONG! You however, won’t, after you read this now.

Walking and Running for Weight Loss

1. Walking tips

Walk on some sort of incline… whether it be a hill or a treadmill. Walking on flat surface is a waste of time if you’re looking for quick weight loss. It’s decent for conditioning and weight maintenance, but not fast weight loss.

Ideally, walk on an incline slope of something around 15-20 degrees. This type of walking can be done for 20-25 minutes, 4 days a week.

One other tip… and you can use this tip anytime, but I like to use it while I walk. Take deep breaths at least once a minute. The added oxygen helps burn up fat.

2. Running tips

Running on an incline is also good. I won’t get into that. You already got the gist of it for the walking above, just make sure you shorten the running on an incline to about 15 minutes… instead of the 25 minutes for walking on an incline.

The big tip for running is to use high intensity intervals… short bursts of all out 90% or higher capacity running for 10 seconds at a time. After each one of those sprints, then you can either walk or jog slowly for the next 50 seconds until you repeat the sprint again. Do 10-20 of these 2-3 times a week… depending on how your body is handling it.

Sprints pour off the fat. It just melts right off.

Why? Because this helps you digest the other foods that you’ve eaten in your meals. Raw foods have live enzymes that help your digestive process. If you don’t have an efficient digestive process, weight loss will be slow or non-existant.

My choices are apples, bananas, and carrots… with a big preference to apples because they have 5 grams of fiber in them. You don’t need to eat much of these, just eat a little of them BEFORE AND AFTER each meal.

So go ahead, it’s about time for you to slim your hips and show off to the world the type of body you deserve to have.

Here’s how to cut belly fat with cardio. It’s simple, it’s quick, and you’re probably not doing this already. So if you’re looking for a new and fresh way to cut stomach fat, here it is. Try this out and you’ll see firsthand how powerful and quick the results are.

If you use a treadmill, do intervals of walking and running hard.

Nothing eats away at muscles better than slow, long, drawn-out cardio such as jogging. Have you seen joggers and their bodies? You DON’T want to lose muscle? Why? Because muscle is 4-8 times more metabolically active than fat. What that means in simple terms is that a pound of muscle will burn off 4-8 times more calories than a pound of fat… while you do NOTHING.

As you can see, you need muscle for a fast metabolism. I’m not trying to tell you to go to the gym and get big bulky muscles, I’m just telling you don’t do anything that reduces the amount of muscle that is already on your body.

Doing high intensity bursts mixed in with slower “active recovery” intensity intervals works great because this doesn’t eat away at your muscles. Plus, this type of interval training creates elevated rates of fat burning for hours and hours AFTER you’re all done working out. These are BONUS CALORIES burned. You don’t get that with jogging.

So whether you do this outdoors or on a treadmill, run hard for 10-15 second intervals and then follow that up with intervals of 30-45 seconds of slow jogging or walking. Do this for no longer than 20 minutes. If you truly run hard on those 10-15 second intervals, than 10-12 minutes will be more than enough to ellicit major fat loss.

Do this 3 times a week. If you’re in decent shape, you can do it 4 times a week.

This is pretty much the best way on how to cut belly fat with cardio, so try it out so you can reduce the amount of time you workout while getting 2-4 times better results in half the time.

Pounds and Inches – GONE in Days!

Here’s how to get rid of pounds and inches relatively fast. Knowing what I’m about to share with you will put you ahead of most other overweight people who are in the same position as you. You increase your chances of losing weight and increase the chances of losing A LOT of weight. Read this now on how to “CHEAT” and speed up the weight loss process.

Pounds and Inches Disappear

1. 7 minutes a day to rapid fat loss

How? Doing high intensity interval training. My best suggestion… running up stairs. Think of it like this. Running up the stairs is the high intensity. Walking back down them to start all over is the low intensity. It’s also an active rest for you so you can catch your breath.

Now, if you were to do this for a total of 7 minutes, 5 days a week… that’s just 35 minutes a week I’m asking from you. AND… here’s the thing. It’ll take you twice as long to walk down the stairs as running up them. So about 4 and half of those minutes are simple walking. Only 2 and half minutes is actually hard.

So now, can you spare me about 12 minutes of your time to do some intense working out each week? If so, you’re AWESOME and you’ll be losing weight and noticing it almost immediately. If not, I hope you have a really good excuse because “I’m too busy” is definitely not one of them.

2. Snacking tips for big weight loss

Snacks are crucial towards short term and long term weight loss. Proper snacking sets you up for better control with your meals… especially portion size.

The best advice I can give you is to focus your snacks on protein-rich foods such as low calorie yogurts, string cheese, and beef jerky. Those are 3 distinct tastes so hopefully it will be hard for you to grow bored of them. Eat these snacks as often as you’d like. It won’t hurt. If you can think of any other protein-rich snacks that you like, include them as well.

Using only these 2 tips, you’ll be able to lose pounds and inches fast.

Exercises For the Waist – Get a Small Waist and Look Sexy!

1. Side plank

While lying on your side, raise up and put all your weight on your forearm. So basically, all your upper body weight is on your forearm and all your lower body weight is on your feet since they are the only things touching the ground. Hold that for as long as you can.

Do 2 sets with each side of your body. This should take you no more than 2 minutes. The isometric tension of maintaining this position has an incredible affect on your abdominal muscles.

2. If you want flatter abs, do sprints

You can do sprints up some stairs or out on the sidewalk. Here are the parameters that work best for FAST weight loss. Sprint for 10-15 seconds. You will sprint hard… this isn’t easy. You can’t maintain this kind of high intensity for more than 15 seconds. So switch to walking up or down the stairs… or just plain walking after the sprints. Do this lower intensity walking for anywhere from 15 seconds up to 45 seconds.

Keep switching back and forth between those. Why this isn’t a direct abs exercise, the fat from your waist and love handles will quickly start shrinking and diminishing.

These are 2 of the best exercises for the waist. Do them if you want to get a small waist… or at the very least, a smaller waist.

So basically, that means you need to workout hard so you’re out of breath. The best part of this is that you don’t need to workout that long. You can accomplish more in 4-15 minutes from High Intensity exercising than you can from 30-45 minutes of low intensity, casual cardio.

These are 2 simple concepts, but doing them is how to get thin quick.

1. Get into interval training

Think of it like this. It’s a big wave. It goes up. Then it goes down. Up. Down. Up. Down. That’s what you’re going to do with your intensity levels with whatever exercises you choose to do.

I won’t tell you what exercises to do because this will work with pretty much all of them. But here’s the main key you need to understand and remember. Do high intensity intervals for 10-15 seconds. Then you follow them with low intensity intervals that last 30-45 seconds.

You repeat those until you’ve done anywhere from 10-30 minutes of your exercise of choice. This works with treadmills, the elliptical, stairsteppers, stationary bikes, etc.

2. Do Tabata Protocol training

Ok, funny name for basically this… you do an exercise for 20 seconds non-stop. Then you rest 10 seconds. Then you go back and forth between 20 seconds of doing the exercise and 10 seconds of rest. Total time… 4 MINUTES. That’s it.

But wait. It’s a HARD 4 minutes. Don’t let the simplicity fool you. This works best for full body type movements involving weights. And for the women out there, don’t be scared away from the weights. This is extremely effective for getting you to drop inches and pounds fast.

You won’t get big.

You’ll lose weight and help bring out a beautiful feminine figure for yourself. I personally do this exercise with dumbells in which I hope them at my shoulders and I do squats. You’ll only need to do this twice a week maximum to get good weight loss. So if you’re counting, that’s only 8 minutes of your time.

GO FOR IT. What do you have to lose except ugly fat. Try these out so you can lose weight and burn off stomach fat fast.

1. For diets, you need to base your meals and snacks around protein

You need protein as the focal point of your diet plan. Protein has a “TRIPLE PUNCH” that works for you in losing weight. First, it quickens your metabolism. It’s a natural metabolism boosting agent. Basically, it helps you to burn off more calories while you do nothing. Second, it satiates you into feeling more full. In effect, it suppresses your appetite. You eat and drink less calories. Third, prevents your blood sugar levels from jumping up when you eat sugary carbs. This prevents your body from storing those carbs as fat.

So, got that? Protein with meals and snacks.

2. Your fitness program needs to revolved around bursts of high intensity

This not only will save you a ton of time working out, but it FORCES your body into burning off more fat due to the “afterburn effect”. Here are some examples, but you can adapt these to pretty much any exercise you do. You run hard for 10 seconds and then you walk for 50 seconds. Keep repeating that for a total of 10-20 minutes. You run up stairs and walk down them. Do this for 10 minutes non-stop. Etc…

Basically, do something with a high level of intensity of effort for 10 seconds then you back off and continue doing it for 50 seconds of a lower intensity. It’s not complicated. You just need to be able to put in that high level effort during the high intensity bursts. A lot of people simply give up. I hope you aren’t one of them.

These 2 diet and fitness plans are key aspects to losing weight, so keep them in mind when you’re trying for quick weight loss.
