5 Turbulence Training Exercises for Fast Weight Loss

Gone are the days when you had to spend at least an hour weight lifting and another 30 to 45 minutes for cardio. With your kids alone, it’s just hard to find time to even visit the gym, let alone do your exercises for more than an hour! 1. The Prisoner Squat

This bodyweight exercise allows you to stretch your chest and work on your entire body, particularly on your upper back. To perform the Prisoner Squat, place your hands at the back of your head, with elbows back. In a slow pace, draw your shoulder blades together to move the upper back gently. Starting with your feet, with shoulder width apart, push your hips back until you reach the squat position. Check if your thighs are already parallel to the floor. Then sit back, in a proper sitting position. Pause for a while at the bottom then slowly stand back up to the initial position. Repeat the steps 15 times.

2. The Decline Pushup

This is the harder variation of the standard pushup. To perform this exercise effectively, use a chair, bench, or step to place your feet on. Make sure your feet are off the ground by at least 6 inches. With your hands, with a distance wider than the shoulder width, brace your abs, and then bend your arms slowly so that your chest is lowered down close the floor. At about one inch about the ground, pause and press back up to go back to the initial position. Repeat the steps 15 times.

3. Split Squats

Perform the pushup exercise with an interval of split squats. To complete this, step your one leg forward then move the other leg back to make a little larger step. Do this turbulence exercise close to a wall so that you can use your hands if you need balance. Then, balance yourself on your front foot and on the sole of your back foot. Keep your back heel off the ground throughout the exercise. As you bend your back knee, drop your hips until your back knee is above the ground by two inches. Stand back up by pressing through your front leg. Follow the steps 8 times for each leg.

4. Mountain Climbers

This Turbulence Training exercise is great for your chest, abs, and legs. Do the pushup position. Start by bracing your abs, then lift your one foot and slowly bring your knee closer to your chest. Touch your foot down and go back to the initial position. Do this for both sides and make 10 repetitions for each side.

5. Stick Ups

Stand from the wall at about a distance of 6 inches. Start by placing your back, head, and butt flat and pressed against the wall. Place your hands on top of your head. Keep your wrists, hands, shoulders, and elbows against the wall. Then, in a slow pace, slide your arms going down the wall while tucking your elbows to your sides. Make a repetition of 12 times.

1. For your waist, do vacuum poses

This is great for losing inches off of your waist. I have had clients lose 3 inches in 1 month doing just this exercise. Here’s how you do it… suck in your belly button as far as you can into your lower back. Hold that position for 15-60 seconds. Release and rest briefly. Then repeat. Do this for a minimum of 5 minutes each day. But to lose 3 inches in a month, you’ll need to do it for 15-20 minutes a day.

2. For your belly, do belly rubs

Rubbing your belly actually works for spot reducing your belly fat. What you do is rub your hands together for 10 or more seconds to generate kinetic heat. With one of your hands, rub small circles around your belly button while you lie down on a bed or the floor.

The logic behind why this works is because the heat penetrates through your skin and into the fat cells in your belly. The heat then helps to dissolve and loosen up the fat for it to be excreted. A second reason is that rubbing your belly in circles helps to stimulate a more efficient digestive process. Do this for 4-6 minutes a day.

3. For your hips, hula hoop

Yep, just grab a $3 hula hoop and start twirling it around your waist. Do this for 10 minutes a day to tone down your hips and waist. I use the hula hoop while watching tv commercials. Quick and convenient.

Grab the handles and get on either your toes or knees while keeping your back straight… then just roll the wheel out in front of you as far as you can go. Now roll it back in. Oops… it was harder than you thought, huh?

That’s ok, don’t worry about how many you can do to start with. Just do them and aim for a total of 50 repetitions each and every day. This is another thing you can do during tv commercials so that your busy schedule doesn’t get any busier due to exercising.

3. Take a cold shower

Brrrrr! Actually, you don’t even need to take a full cold shower. Just take your normal shower and when you’re done, switch the water to really really cold and rinse it all over your body for 15-20 seconds. Trust me, that 15 seconds will feel like 5 minutes. And your breathing… oh, you’ll notice it’s harder to breathe. Try it and see for yourself.

The reason why this works for weight loss is because the cold water provokes thermogenesis within your body. This increases your body’s core temperature, thereby increasing your metabolism. This creates a process of lipolysis where your body uses fat deposits for energy.

I know I didn’t talk about Jessica Biel at all in this article, but if you do those 3 things, you’ll lose weight and start to get a Jessica Biel bikini body.`

2. To target your waist, hula hoop

I’ve found this to be a top exercise that easily creates such a beautifully feminine waist and hips, that I’m shocked this exercise isn’t promoted more by your typical trainer at the gym. But that’s ok, you don’t even need to go to a gym to benefit from this.

Go buy a cheap $10 weighted hula hoop (weighted is easier to twirl) and do this at home whenever you get the chance. I don’t care how you make it to 10 minutes, just get 10 minutes a day regardless if it’s all at once or 1 minute at a time.

1. Incline walking

This exercise is the ULTIMATE when it comes to working the legs and hips… and the BUTT too.

The best way to do this year-round is to do it on a treadmill that inclined. Just set the incline to 15 degrees and walk. Walk for 20-30 minutes each time. 2. Hula hooping

I’m sure you hula hooped when you were a child. So there’s not much that needs to be said here. Just twirl it around your waist. The goal for you is to do this for 10 minutes a day. I personally hula hoop for about 90 seconds at a time during commercials while I’m watching tv.

One thing I should mention. Splurge a little and buy a $10 weighted hula hoop. This makes it easier for you since these don’t fall to the ground so easy. If you do just these 2 leg and hip exercises, you will start to see that your body is toning up and slimming down within 10-12 days.

I’m going to show you 2 ways on how to get rid of fat in 2 minutes or less. When you think of exercising for weight loss, you probably think that it requires a ton of your time all at once. Not so. Here’s the 2 minutes or less way to losing fat and dropping inches and pounds.

How to Get Rid of Fat

Use tv commercials as 2 minute exercise breaks. Since you get about 20 minutes of commercials per hour of tv, there are plenty of opportunities to burn off fat in 2 minutes or less.

1. Jumping on a mini-trampoline

This is a total body exercise that is great not only for weight loss, but toning your body ALL OVER. Just put the mini-trampoline by a tv you frequently watch and jump on it whenever you feel like it during commercials. You don’t have to jump on it during every commercial, but each 2 minutes adds up. Hopefully you make sure to use at least 10 commercials for exercising.

2. Jumping Jacks

Yes, an old favorite from when we were kids. This is another great total body exercise. Most people know what jumping jacks are, but I’ll give a small explanation here. What you do is start with your feet together and hands at your sides. Then you jump your feet out sideways while lifting your arms over your head to clap.

So when your feet are apart your hands are clapping. When you jump your feet back together, your hands come down back to your sides near your hips.

Do the jumping jacks for 2 minutes straight each time you do them.

These are just to ways on how to get rid of fat in 2 minutes or less… but you can be creative and find other exercises to do during 2 minute tv commercials.

You’ll need a special type of hula hoop… a weighted one. This is because they twirl slower… thus making it easier to do without the hula hoop falling to the ground too much. You can get them for $15-20. Trust me… it’s a good investment in yourself. It’ll help you save $40 a month going to a gym.

All I want you to do is hula hoop for 1 minute at a time for a total of 10-15 minutes a day. Now, you may be busy. I understand that. My solution to that is to hula hoop during commercials or anytime you’re watching tv. Do 1 minute of hula hooping. STOP. Rest. Watch some tv. Then after 5-7 minutes… do another 1 minute. And so on.

2. Isometric tension exercises including the vacuum pose and abs squeeze

The vacuum pose is more for losing inches and the abs squeeze is more for toning your tummy.

Vacuum pose… suck in your gut (belly) while inhaling from your stomach. Take a big breath when doing this. Once you can’t inhale anymore, hold that for 15 seconds. Let out a big exhale and repeat.

You can do this for 5-10 minutes a day. Expect to lose inches rapidly. Before you even start this exercise, I want you to measure your waist. Then a week after you’ve done this exercise everyday, measure yourself again first thing in the morning. Bet you already lost something off your belly.

The abs squeeze is basically you tightening and flexing your abdominal muscles and holding for 15 seconds. Keep repeating for 3-5 minutes each day. This is great for smoothing out your belly to bring out a nice feminine definition.

These are the best waist exercises. For the waist to look good as fast as possible, you can’t beat them with anything from the gym.

Here’s how to lose a jean size in days… not weeks or months. Just days. After you read this article, I want you to measure your waist before you do anything that I share with you in this article. This is because I want you to feel the sense of accomplishment when you see the proof that your waist and jean size went down.

How to Lose a Jean Size

1. Get rid of your water bloat quickly

You’re retaining over 3 pounds of excess water… probably closer to 9 pounds. The easiest way to flush that water weight out of your body is to drink more water. As much as I’m sure you’re sick of hearing people tell you to drink more water, it pains me to even count this as a tip since it’s common-sense.

But here’s the logic behind it and hopefully it motivates you to follow through.

Your body retains waters because it senses water is scarce… due to you not drinking enough of it. Back in the old days, this was great because water truly was scarce and this survival mechanism that your body kicked in during droughts helped people to live through the drought.

Now… uh, not so good. Retained water is now a burden to people since water isn’t scarce.

So stop making your body think water is scarce by drinking more of it. When your urine is less yellow and almost clear, that shows you’re drinking enough water.

2. Hula hoop

You need to tone down the waist and hips to get into a smaller jean size. Hula hooping is almost the perfect exercise for this mission. It’s perhaps the top waist and hips exercise when it comes to toning.

I’m going to make this easy for anyone to follow. Just do 10 minutes a day of hula hooping. Since you do this at home, you can spare 10 minutes… even if it’s not all together at once.
